- February 2003
- Launch of Phone Snoopa. Initial product offering includes Fixed Line, Mobile Services, Dial-Up, ADSL.
- April 2003
- Phone Snoopa provides clients with online account access, allowing clients reporting facilities on all aspects of their account.
- June 2003
- Phone Snoopa introduces a dealer program, allowing approved individuals and organisations authority to distribute Snoopa services throughout Australia.
- January 2005
- Snoopa Community Telecoms is launched to provide local ownership opportunities in Regional Australia.
- March 2005
- Snoopa Community Dubbo is formed. This is the first Snoopa Community and is able to offer local residents and businesses access to an exclusive Wireless Broadband Network independent of ADSL and the copper network.
- July 2005
- Snoopa Community Shoalhaven is formed. Based in Nowra, offering services from Berry through to Ulladulla.
- September 2005
- Snoopa Community Southern is formed. Based in Batemans Bay, offering services from Narooma through to Eden.
- October 2005
- Snoopa Community Highlands is formed. Based in Bowral, offering services through the Southern Highlands of NSW.
- December 2005
- Snoopa Community Sunshine is formed. The first Snoopa Community in QLD, offering services in the Hervey Bay region.
- January 2006
- Snoopa Community Cowra is formed. Focusing on delivering services to the Central West Districts of NSW including Cowra, Young, Weddin, Harden, Blayney and Boorowa.
- March 2006
- Snoopa Community Griffith is formed. Focusing on delivering services in the Murrumbidgee region of NSW.
- March 2006
- Snoopa Community Ballina is formed. Focusing on delivering a quality service to the Ballina/Tweed region on New South Wales’ North Coast.
- June 2006
- Snoopa Community Bathurst is formed. Focusing on delivering a quality service to Bathurst and surrounding towns.
- August 2006
- Snoopa Community Orange is formed. Focusing on delivering a quality service to Orange and surrounding towns.
- November 2006
- Snoopa Community Lachlan Valley is formed. Focusing on delivering a quality service to Forbes and surrounding towns.
